Pressure Cooker Chicken Soup

Well, I am super excited to say that I now have a Tupperware Pressure Cooker! Wooo hooo!

I just had to try it out this weekend and I have to say I'm hooked on the first recipe!
I love soups, so of course the first thing I had to make was Chicken Soup. The recipe cooked so fast and my husband was even impressed and he doesn't like chicken. Lol

But sad to say, due to my excitement I didn't do a step by step recipe to post. But I did get a pic of the finished product and can give you the instructions of what I done.

Hope you enjoy!

Ps.. if you want to know more about the Pressure Cooker, feel free to post or contact me.

Gather your supplies:
Tupperware Pressure Cooker
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast - cut into cubes.
3 carrots cut into bite size chunks
2 stalks celery, cut into bite size chunks
1/2 onion - diced
2 cloves garlic - minced
1 can cannelloni beans - drained
1-1/2 handfuls of Mini Bow Tie Pasta
about 4 or 5 stalks of Kale - de-stemmed and chopped
Chicken broth to cover - about 4 cups.
Salt and peper
2 Tsp. of Tupperware Stake N Chop Seasonings.

Step 1:
First I chopped my chicken into cubes and salted, I then diced all my veggies, garlic and onions. And then I took the Kale off the stems and done a rough chop. I drained my beans.

Step 2:
I then placed all my ingredients into the Tupperware Pressure Cooker, I tossed in my pasta and then poured enough chicken brother to cover all the ingredients and up to the Max line in the Pressure Cooker

Step 3: I then placed the lid on and locked in place.
I set the microwave at 90% power and set the timer for 25 min.

Step 4: I took the Pressure Cooker out of the microwave and let set for 10 min for the pressure valve to go down. Once that was done, I took off the lid and dinner was done!

I have to say that the flavors were so intense and the chicken was very tender and juicy. We loved how it turned out! Now, I'm looking for my next recipe to try in the Tupperware Pressure Cooker!

Until next time,
Blessings to you!
