Hot Chocolate Brownies

Hot Chocolate Brownies made in the Tupperware Breakfast Maker

I know it's not winter and you're probably wondering.. hot chocolate in the summer? Yes! I can make brownies with it? Yes! And in the Tupperware Breakfast Maker? Yes!  And they are so good too!

This entire recipe only takes a total of 5 min. to do and that includes gathering your ingredients. And only 90 seconds to cook! I have been working and testing these (you know I have to taste test. haha) and they are wonderful. I have tried them with the hot chocolate mix with mini marshmallows, the dark chocolate mix and others. If you like those mint/chocolate candies, try a drop in the mix and I mean just a drop. It's awesome!

Are you ready to do this?? Well then, Let's get started!

Step 1: Gather your ingredients.
You'll need
Tupperware Breakfast Maker
2 pkg. of instant hot chocolate mix
2-3 Tbl. Flour ( I use 3 Tbl.)
1 Tbl. Oil
2 Tbl. Water
1/4 Tsp. Vanilla
1/4 cup chocolate chips (sorry, forgot to set those in when taking my pic)

Step 2:
Empty your two packages of instant hot chocolate mix into mixing cup or bowl, add all ingredients except the chocolate chips, and mix. That's all you need!

Step 3:
Pour your batter into your Tupperware Breakfast Maker and spread. Tap on the counter once to even out the mix. Then take your chocolate chips and sprinkle on top of batter.

Step 4: Place lid on breakfast maker and place in microwave. Set timer for 90 seconds. You may have to adjust the time on your microwave as each one is different. Times should be 60 to 90 seconds. Take lid off of breakfast maker and let it cool down a couple of min.

Step 5: And your Hot Chocolate Chip Brownie is done! It's very rich and oh so good!
Enjoy!
